My fingers are crossed....

I sincerely hope these environmental disaster relief efforts do not end with privatization of public services as happened in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. I have my fingers crossed for the people in the western U.S., Houston, and Florida.

Stand for what is right....

It is comforting to know that religious leaders are urging acceptance of the science of climate change. If you need more evidence, look at our country. Houston has horrific flooding, the west is on fire, and Florida is in the path of record breaking 185 mph winds. The time is long past for climate deniers. Listen to world leaders who are working to mitigate the worst effects of what we have done to our home. Stand for what is right and Americans will stand for you.

How to really make America great again...

To "make America great again" all we have to do is look to our constitution, "of the people, for the people, by the people", and the golden rule, "do unto others as you would have them do unto you". Pardoning a man who has shown no interest in our constitution or the people he was serving shows that our president has no interest in them either.
