Huge profits leave us with no safety net...

Our form of Democratic Capitalism makes huge profits for a few and leaves no safety net for the rest of us. All of us within the range of a catastrophic medical crisis with no safety net. That is not the "democracy" we want.

There are rules that make sense...

I believe there are common sense rules that can and will improve the lives of everyone. Common sense gun control laws are sensible to everyone who knows that they will make us all safer. The only ones who don't want the rules are the ones who want to be exempt from them. Who should you listen to?

Don't mess with my finances!

I can't believe I am complaining about a tax cut. However, when anyone, particularly a president who makes deals to benefit only himself, messes with my finances, I get nervous.
