We seem to have lost the feeling of being a united nation. I plan to send a postcard each day to our new President sharing what drives me through my days, what I want for this country, and what I want our nation to stand for.

What memory do we want to leave?
All of us will be remembered by one thing and one thing only. We will be remembered by how we treated the people in our lives. Were we kind, thoughtful, helpful, generous, accepting? Or, were we rude, defensive, blaming, untruthful, and selfish? We get to decide how we will be depicted by those who remember us. Sent August 10, 2017
