We seem to have lost the feeling of being a united nation. I plan to send a postcard each day to our new President sharing what drives me through my days, what I want for this country, and what I want our nation to stand for.

Vigilante justice...
This was a hard postcard to write. The armed citizen in Sutherland Springs probably kept the death toll from rising. Again, they were heroes. But, I do not want to live in a world where ordinary citizens take the law into their own hands with bullets. Vigilante justice is terrifying and riddled with un-intentioned consequences!
