We seem to have lost the feeling of being a united nation. I plan to send a postcard each day to our new President sharing what drives me through my days, what I want for this country, and what I want our nation to stand for.

Have we lost our vision of who we are?
We have supported capitalistic, greedy dictators in countries south of us. The government for profit model leaves people without jobs, food, and hope. Safety is non-existent. Families come to our doorstep seeking safety and justice and we lock them up. If we do not stand for justice, we have lost our vision of who we are. Sent September 13, 2018
