We seem to have lost the feeling of being a united nation. I plan to send a postcard each day to our new President sharing what drives me through my days, what I want for this country, and what I want our nation to stand for.

The killing of our children IS political...
These typical responses to the killing of our children are inadequate. Yes, we should come together and divisiveness is not healing. However, the NRA has made this a political issue by the massive amounts of money they donate to buy the silence of our politicians. That makes the killing of our children political.
