We seem to have lost the feeling of being a united nation. I plan to send a postcard each day to our new President sharing what drives me through my days, what I want for this country, and what I want our nation to stand for.

Sanctuary does not protect criminals...
Sanctuary is not given to those who perform criminal acts breaking our laws or harming Americans. Sanctuary is for people who come to us for protection from corrupt and dangerous governments in their countries of origin. We owe them protection. All too often, the U.S. has intervened and destabilized their countries for the benefit of greedy capitalists. Sent June 14, 2018
