We seem to have lost the feeling of being a united nation. I plan to send a postcard each day to our new President sharing what drives me through my days, what I want for this country, and what I want our nation to stand for.

We must act in good faith...
These words inspired your and my parents and grandparents to seek a safe haven for their families. The people we are criminalizing today are no different than those of us who arrived on our shores seeking sanctuary. We must act in good faith and respect toward our ancestors. Sent January 16, 2018
