We seem to have lost the feeling of being a united nation. I plan to send a postcard each day to our new President sharing what drives me through my days, what I want for this country, and what I want our nation to stand for.

...as they turn to us for refuge...
This plaque is a somber reminder of what members of the First Nations lost in the claiming of the land by the Pigrims and their offspring. Sort of like what our current administration accuses refugees at our border of doing as they turn to us for refuge. Sent November 26, 2018
