We seem to have lost the feeling of being a united nation. I plan to send a postcard each day to our new President sharing what drives me through my days, what I want for this country, and what I want our nation to stand for.

It should be easy...
What do we care about most? Truly, I do not think it is the color of people's skin or where they come from. We all want: healthcare for all, education for our children, enough money to live and feed our families, a safety net when we are old, and to feel safe on our streets. It should be easy.
