We seem to have lost the feeling of being a united nation. I plan to send a postcard each day to our new President sharing what drives me through my days, what I want for this country, and what I want our nation to stand for.

I cannot sit and do nothing.
I thought I would stop writing at two years. Then, I read the morning's paper and find I cannot bury my head in the sand. The steep slope our country is on with this administration cannot be ignored. We act or we pretend that there is no problem. Think of what Dr. Martin Luther King gave for our country. I cannot sit and do nothing. Sent January 22, 2019
