Often, I suspect the only reason we do not end up doing something illegal or mean spirited is because of the people with whom we choose as our friends. Choosing carefully, our chances of making it through our teenage years without making the front page of the local newspaper are pretty good.
If, on the other hand, if we choose self-centered, greedy, mean, or selfish friends, the chance of causing harm or actually doing something illegal increases.
The same is true if you are President of the United States. Who you trust to do the work of the government and represent you, will make it clear who you really are.
