This "Change Makers" Conference was put on by women who participated in the Women's March in January, 2017. Nearly all attendees were women and every kind of women you can imagine participated in the program. A male friend of mine who leads a social justice committee on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion asks, "Where are the men?"
