We seem to have lost the feeling of being a united nation. I plan to send a postcard each day to our new President sharing what drives me through my days, what I want for this country, and what I want our nation to stand for.

Who needs an assault rifle?
I do not understand how anyone could think that assault rifles should be available to anyone who wants one. It seems to me that anyone who would want an assault rifle tucked away in their closet, would be someone who intends to use it. These weapons need to be licensed and regulated. Sent October 6, 2017
