We seem to have lost the feeling of being a united nation. I plan to send a postcard each day to our new President sharing what drives me through my days, what I want for this country, and what I want our nation to stand for.

Justice is not served by doing nothing...
Standing in the Civil Rights Museum stating platitudes means nothing. Action is what is needed. The New Jim Crow, incarceration in general and of Blacks specifically, is out of control. Justice is not served by trying to sound understanding and doing nothing to change the injustice. Sent December 15, 2017
