We seem to have lost the feeling of being a united nation. I plan to send a postcard each day to our new President sharing what drives me through my days, what I want for this country, and what I want our nation to stand for.

Something is wrong with this picture...
What is the purpose of our government? Is it to make money for the wealthy and shield them from scrutiny? Or, is the purpose of our government to do what is in the best interests of the people? When 1% of the people have 99% of the wealth and they take away health coverage for children, something is terribly out of whack. Sent December 22, 2017
